OVERVIEW
Execute tasks related to design and image management.
Perform tasks including but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing printed materials (80%):
– Collaborate with Content, Performance, Brands Teams (and other relevant departments if any) to understand the objectives and requirements of each project.
– Participate in brainstorming, idea generation, optimizing branding identity, aesthetics, and brand images in each project.
– Design online materials (landing pages, websites, social media, emails, etc.) and offline materials (events, printing, production, etc.) according to design trends and project requirements.
– Work closely with Developers and Performance to ensure the aesthetic and performance of online channels such as websites, landing pages.
– Create or edit videos, motion graphics as per project requirements.
Other tasks (20%):
– Collaborate with agencies, vendors to ensure quality and progress of printing, related production.
– Support and work with other departments to ensure consistent aesthetics and brand image.
– Other tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from College/University majoring in industrial arts, graphic design.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, especially in high-end service sectors.
– Good aesthetic sense, knowledgeable about the latest design trends.
– Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro.
– Candidates who can communicate in English are preferred.

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
Working Location: Mipec Tower, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da District, Hanoi
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9 am – 12:30 pm on Saturday.
